This is in response to a letter from your office dated December 2, 1975 which requested" our review and comment on the draft supplement to the final environmental statement for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3, Arizona. '4 The proposed action does.not conflict with existing or authorized plans of the Corps of Engineers. We have no, comments concerning the impacts of the proposed'lan.

The Corps of Engineers is currently conducting a Phoenix Urban Water Resources Study., 'This study, which is scheduled'or" completion in the fall of 1978, is being made to develop, a comprehensive water'esources plan which will fulfillall water,-related needs.
