Transmission Siting Committee, whose approval is needed. before construction can start, X am requesting a copy of t¹ preliminary (draft) and. final environ-mental impact statements.
Xn aMition, I would appreicate being apprasied of the estimated. general demand for cooling water per unit of electricity generated; in other words, how many acre feet of water a used annually to generate 1,270 megawatts?
Also, it would be most useful if a paper might be provided.
