Thank you for participating in the webinar on the Wyoming Agreement process on May 31, 2017. During the webinar, you asked if the NRC had publicly available documents in ADAMS regarding the Agreement State process.
The NRC uses NMSS Procedure SA-700 Processing an Agreement for processing an Agreement. The ADAMS accession numbers for this document are ML14363A115 and ML14363A119. This document is also posted on our website at https://scp.nrc.gov/procedures/sa700.pdf and https://scp.nrc.gov/procedures/sa700_hb.pdf. The procedure and its handbook contain the information required for the application, the criteria used to evaluate the Agreement application and explains the process. This procedures also contains additional reference material.
The State of Wyomings draft application dated October 26, 2016 is also available in ADAMS at ML16300A294.
NRCs comments on the draft application dated April 20, 2017 are available in ADAMS at ML17062A962.
