Requested Redactions of MNRC License R-130 Renewal Application (SAR, Emergency Plan, and Environmental Report) from Public Disclosure.

Based on the guidance of NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2015-17, redactions from the 1998 MNRC SAR, and discussions with the MNRC Nuclear Safety Committee Chair, the list below has been deemed sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information (SUNSI) and is requested to be withheld from public disclosure. The overall basis for these redactions is to avoid unnecessarily disclosing to the public any information that describes the amount of special nuclear material held inside the facility and any information that could aid in the theft of this material. This information includes but is not limited to fuel U-235 content, facility layout, spend fuel storage locations, description of communication and monitoring systems, and information on fuel handling tools.
