Emergency Plan EP Grp. Manual Sect. 1.1 MNS-OSSA-12212012 Rev. 18-2 Rev. 028 Rev. 001 These documents are being submitted in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q).
The changes do not result in a reduction in the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan or the Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures. The McGuire Emergency Plan continues to meet the regulatory requirements of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50 Appendix E.
