PROPOSED REVISION 1 TO REGULATORY GUIDE 5.69
Dear Dr. Lyman:
At the January 26, 2018, public meeting (closed) of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Committee to Review Generic Requirements, the NRC staff committed to providing the current draft of proposed Revision 1 to Regulatory Guide (RG) 5.69, Guidance for the Application of the Radiological Sabotage Design-Basis Threat in the Design, Development, and Implementation of a Physical Security Program that meets Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 73.55 Requirements.
NRC staff intends to enter formal concurrence with this document on August 1, 2018. If you are interested in reviewing the current draft, please contact James Vaughn james.vaughn@nrc.gov or (301) 287-3586 to arrange a time when you can review the document prior to that date.
