CORRECTION TO THE ATTACHMENTS ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENTS AND GRANTING OF EXEMPTIONS REGARDING CHANGES TO CONTAINMENT COOLANT AND SPENT FUEL MAKEUP STRATEGIES FOR VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT UNITS 3 AND 4 (LAR 17-021) (EPID NO. L-2017-LLA-0131)
Dear Mr. Whitley:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment Nos. 126 and 125 to Combined License (COL) Nos. NPF-91 and NPF-92, for Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Units 3 and 4, respectively, on June 7, 2018. The amendment package included attachments with change pages for each COL. The attachments for Unit 3 and Unit 4 were issued with administrative errors that were inadvertently introduced. Correction of the errors does not change any of the conclusions made by the NRC staff in the safety evaluation.
The corrected attachments to Amendment Nos. 126 and 125 for COL Nos. NPF-91 and NPF-92 may be found in NRCs Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) under Accession Nos. ML18100A075 and ML18100A078, respectively. We regret any inconvenience that this has caused.
