APPLICATION FOR THE MODEL NO. 3977A TRANSPORT PACKAGE, REVISION 3 - ACCEPTED FOR REVIEW (EPID NO. L-2018-LLA-0137)
Dear Mr. Ferguson:
By letter dated March 31, 2018 (Agencywide Document Access and Management System Accession No. ML18136A484), you submitted an application to revise Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9338, for the Model No. 3977A transport package. You submitted this amendment request to add contents to the Model No. 3977A package, add licensing drawings and other miscellaneous changes. Staff performed an acceptance review of your application and determined it contains sufficient technical information in scope and depth to allow the staff to complete a detailed technical review.
We have established a schedule for the review and estimated that the staff may need approximately 525 hours0.00608 days <br />0.146 hours <br />8.680556e-4 weeks <br />1.997625e-4 months <br /> to complete its review. The schedule allows for the staff to issue a request for additional information (RAI) in August 2018 and, if a second RAI is not needed, a CoC in November 2018, based on you responding to the first RAI in September 2018.
