OF OCTOBER 17, 1991 On October 17, 1991, a meeting was held at the NRC Rockville offices between Messrs. D. Sommers and W. Benthal of VEPCO and Mr. Bart Buckley of the NRC staff. During the meeting the status of all active licensing issues was reviewed.
