The changes, which were made to resolve recent Emergency Response Facility problem reports, are detailed in the Data Point Library (DPL) reference file sheets contained in Attachment 1. Attachment 2 provides revision summaries (change reports) for the affected points. The updated data base files, documented in Attachments 1 and 2, are also provided in the dBase IV format on.
