91-004A SPS/ETS Docket Nos.: 50-280 50-281 License Nos.: DPR-32 DPR-37 REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT 50-280/0L-90-02 In our response dated February 1, 1991 (Serial No.91-004), to your January 2, 1991, letter, we provided our plans for addressing the observations noted in your report. As discussed in that letter, actions have been taken for several of the observations and the remaining actions to be taken have been assigned and are scheduled for implementation.
However, we erroneously included a copy of our internal action plan as an attachment to our response. The action plan was for use as a scheduling tool and was not intended to provide commitment dates for each observation.
Accordingly, please disregard the attachment to our response.
