SURRY EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-280/0L-90-01 On August 6-9, 1990, the NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your Surry Power Station. At the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
Copies of the written examination questions and answer keys are included in this report as Enclosure 2.
Facility Comments regarding the written examination are included in this report as Enclosure 3. provides the NRC response and resolution to the Facility Comments.
summarizes simulator performance deficiencies observed during the conduct of the simulator portion of the operating examinations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission 1s regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
