P. Fredrickson of my staff and Mr. M. Kansler of your staff, this letter is in reference to an allegation received by the NRC.

The NRC has not made an attempt to ascertain the accuracy or validity of the information supplied by the informant.

The enclosed information is provided for your review so that you can take appropriate action.

The enclosed information is being supplied in confidence and is not being placed in the Public Document Room.

Appropriate safeguards should be applied to the enclosed information in view of its unsubstantiated nature so as to avoid a possible unwarranted invasion of privacy or defamation of character of named individuals.
