SURRY POWER STAT ION, UNITS 'NO. 1 & NO. 2 (SURRY-l&L), AND NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNITS NO. 1 & NO. 2 (NA-1&2) (TAC NOS. 57473, 57474, 62230, AND 62231)

By 1etter dated April 4, 1986, you provided a submitta-1 regarding a potential respiratory exemption *tor both the Surry and North Anna Power Stations.

It is our understanding that you will be'submitting an additional analysis and substantiating test data sometime in the future.

However, the date of your submi tta 1 cannot be specified at this time*.

In order to close out Technical Action Control (TAC) Numbers rrore than 2 years old, we contacted your staff and indicated we were desirous of closing out the subject TACs as noted above.

We further indicated that upon receipt of your future submittal, new TACs would be issued for both SUrry-1&2 and NA-1&2.

Your staff indicated that this action was satisfactory and would pose no problems for you.

Therefore, TAC Nos. 57473, 57574, 62230, and 62231 are hereby closed for Surry-1&2 and NA-1&2 respectively, and ne,.r TAC's will be issued upon receipt of your forthcoming submittal.
