We have received your letter dated October 31, 1989, in response to Generic Letter 89-07:
"Power Reactors Safeguards Contingency Planning for Surface Vehicle Borrbs".
We understand from your response that activities required to address the issues discussed in the Generic Letter have been performed.
Therefore, we consider this action complete.
Your safeguards contingency procedures and their implementation may, in the future~ be the subject of an NRC inspection.
