NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-280/88-32 AND 50-281/88-32.
Thank you for your response of August 23, 1989, to our Notice of Deviation,
issued on July 24, 1989, concerning activities conducted at your Surry
facility.
We have evaluated your response to Deviation A Items 1, 2, 3.a, 3.b, 3.c, 3.e,
3.g. and 3.h.
We will examine the implementation -0f your corrective actions
during future inspections.
With respect to Deviation A, Items 3.d, 3.f, and 4 and Deviation B, we have
evaluated your response and concur with the clarifications provided.
The
examples of Deviation A and Deviation B will be deleted from our records.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
