CONFIRMATION OF MANAGEMENT MEETING - NORTH ANNA and SURRY DOCKET NOS. 50-338, 50-339, 50-280 AND 50-281 This confirms the telephone conversation between R. F. Saunders of your staff and P. E. Fredrickson of my staff, on August 22, 1989, concerning your request for a management meeting to be conducted at the NRC Region II Office on September 5, 1989, at 9:30 a.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the emergency preparedness plans and programs for both your North Anna and Surry facilities.
