SURRY UNITS 1 AND 2 - TRANSMITTAL OF FEDERAL REGISTER NOTICE REGARDING THE WITHDRAWAL OF AMENDMENT REQUEST FOR INTEGRATED IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE (TAC NOS. 60411 AND 60412)
By letter dated May 4, 1989, we informed you that your request to revise the Surry Units 1 and 2 licenses concerning the implementation of the integrated implementation schedule was considered to be withdrawn.
The letter also stated that unless you notified us within 10 days of receipt of the letter that we were incorrect regarding this withdrawal, we would file a Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
As of May 22, 1989, we have not received any notification from you that the proposed action should not be withdrawn.
Therefore, enclosed is the Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses, which has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
