March 6, 1989 Document Control Desk Beverly Michael, Operator Licensing Assistant Region II, Operator Licensing Section Operations Branch, Division of Reactor Safety SURRY EXAMINATION REPORT 280 AND 50-281/0L-88-02 Enclosed are copies of the exam transmittal concurrence letter, examination report, and the reactor operator license examination which were administered on October 24 - 27, 1988.
The original SRO exam and answer key along with the original enclosures 3 and 4 are also enclosed to complete this examination package.
Apparently, the original concurrence transmittal letter and exam report were inadvertently sent earlier.
