This confirms the telephone conversation between D. A. Sommers of your staff and F. S. Cantrell of my staff, on December 23, 1988, concerning a management meeting to be conducted at the NRC Region II office on January 5, 1989, at 9:00 a.m.
We requested this meeting to discuss and review the details of your program to assure operability of safety systems at the Surry Station.
