License Nos.94-644 RO 50-280 50-281 DPR-32 DPR-37 In an October 21, 1994 letter, Virginia Electric and Power Company was requested to inform the NRC when all safety significant human engineering deficiencies (HEDs) associated with the Surry Power Station Control Room Design Review (CRDR) and Reassessment were completed. The purpose of this letter is to advise you that all the corrective actions (CAs) defined to address the identified HEDs have been completed.
Specifically, the Unit 1 CAs and the non-outage Unit 2 CAs were completed by the end of 1994, as previously committed. The Unit 2 outage-related CAs were completed during the recently completed refueling outage.
