WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST: SURRY POWER STATION, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 (TAC NOS. M94986 AND M94987)
Dear Mr. O'Hanlon:
By letter dated March 21, 1996, you applied for amendments to Facility Operating License Nos.
DPR-32 and DPR-37 for Surry Power Station, Units 1 and 2. The proposed changes would have clarified the requirements for testing charcoal adsorbent in the Auxiliary Ventilation and Control Room Air Filtration Systems. Subsequently, by letter dated November 23, 1998, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication. This closes out TAC Nos. M94986 and M94987.
