One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland Room 14-B-11 PURPOSE:
To discuss the resolution of the following issues during current shutdown of Surry Units 1 and 2.
- 1.
Safety System Functional Inspection (SSFI) issues covering the service water system as identified by the SSFI team on September 30, 1988, at the Surry site.
- 2.
Main feedwater pipe wall thinning problems in both units.
- 3.
Emergency diesel generator operability issues.
- 4.
Control Room envelope ventilation system issues.
In addition to the above issues, the licensee will provide updated information on the resolution of refueling cavity seal leakage issues for both units.
