MASONRY WALL DESIGN, IE BULLETIN 80-11 SURRY POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 (TAC NOS. 42867 AND 42868) e In response to IE Bulletin 80-11, Masonry Wall Design, Virginia Electric and Power Company (VEPCO) submitted several submittals during July 7, 1980 through October 26, 1984, describing the status of masonry walls at Surry Power Station Units 1 and 2.
We have completed our review of these submittals and conclude that, with the exception of one open item discussed in Item 3 of the enclosed Safety Evaluation, your response to IE Bulletin 80-11 is acceptable.
You are requested to address the open item and provide an acceptable resolution within 60 days from the date of this letter.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than 10 respondents; therefore, 0MB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
