We have completed our review as discussed in the enclosed Safety Evaluation.
We find the design modifications acceptable, except that you should provide breaker position indication on the main control board to provide the operator with the status of reactor trip and bypass breakers.
We request that you commit to install the breaker position indication as stated and provide the confirmatory information and Technical Specifications stated on page 11 of the Safety Evaluation.
