50-280 50-281 50-338 50-339 License Nos. DPR-32 DPR-37 NPF-4 NPF-7 Virginia Electric and Power Company letter dated February 1, 1984 provided our Safety Analysis Report for the Surry and North Anna Safety Parameter Display Systems (SPDS).
In our letter dated December 15, 1986, we committed to submit a revised Safety Analysis Report by November 1, 1987 (six months after the North Anna SPDS was declared fully operational).
The revised Safety Analysis Report, which reflects the as-built system, is enclosed.
The revised SPDS Safety Analysis Report has been reviewed and approved by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control Staff. It has been determined that this submittal does not involve an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59.
