On March 24-27, 1986, NRC inspected activiti'es authorized by NRC Operating
License Nos. DPR-32, DPR-37, NPF-4, and NPF-7 for your Surry and North Anna
facilities.
At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed
with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed inspection report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report.
Within these
areas, the inspect ion consisted of se 1 ect i ve examinations of procedures and
representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities
in progress.
