FPL TOPICAL QA PROGRAM'UPDATE September 30, 1986 Your letter dated June 12, 1986 (L-86-244), transmitted FP&L's Topical Quality Assurance Report (FPLTQAR 1-76A), Revision 9, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(a).
This report provides the current quality assurance program description for Turkey Point and St. Lucie (Docket Nos. 50-250, 50-251, 50-335, and 50-389).
Our letter dated July 21, 1986, requested additional information with which to complete our review.
A telephone conference was held August 25, 1986, between Mr. G. Belisle of our staff and Mr. R. Stephens and other members of your staff to discuss our ques-tions.
Your letter dated September 9, 1986 (L-86-363), provided confirmation of this conversation.
Our review of this information indicates that Amendment 9 of your Topical Quality Assurance Report continues to satisfy 10 CFR 50 Appendix B requirements and is therefore acceptable.
We appreciate your prompt response to our questions regarding information required by 10 CFR 50.54(a).
