FW: Exelon Staffing License Amendment Request Rich and Alan, First off, I want to thank you for your time last week to discuss Exelons proposed ERO License Amendment Request (LAR). I discussed your comments with Kim Aleshire and Larry Baker and we have decided to make a change to our Fleet LAR to include the EOF Computer Specialist as Minimum Staff. With the implementation of the LAR, we will upgrade our current Full Augmentation position to a Min Staff position that will be committed to respond within 90 minutes of a declared Alert or higher EAL classification.
I will be providing you both a copy of our PBAPS and Limerick LARs as soon as they are drafted.
Also, as discussed, I am attaching examples of the correspondence we received from Iowa and Illinois regarding the review of the License Amendment Request.
If you have any additional concerns or questions, please dont hesitated to reach out.

I have been asked to provide the State of Maryland this attached draft copy of Exelons License Amendment Request for PBAPS and request an email or letter acknowledging that you had the opportunity to review the draft License Amendment Request and provide
comments. If you have no comments, it would be appreciated that be noted as well.
If possible we would like to have your response no later than March 27th to support our NRC submittal date. If you have any questions concerning the changes you can address them to Doug Walker, who is copied on this email. If necessary, Doug is willing to meet with you and provide a presentation.
As an example, included below is the email response from Pennsylvania to give you an idea of what we are looking for.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
