The enclosed Final Status Survey Report (FSSR) presents the results of the final status radiological surveys for the Lead Cascade Decommissioning Project in Piketon, Ohio. These surveys were perfo1med as described within DP-2605-0001, Decommissioning Plan for the American Centrifi1ge Lead Cascade Facility in Piketon, Ohio, submitted to the NRC on January 5, 2018, as modified by the clarifications regarding the American Centrifuge Lead Cascade Facility Decommissioning Plan provided to the NRC on April 3, 2018. provides DP-2605-0002, Final Status Survey Report for the American Centrifuge Lead Cascade Facility Decommissioning Project Revision 0. Enclosure 2 contains Appendix A of the FSSR, Withheld Figures. Enclosure 3 contains Appendix B of the FSSR, Final Status Surveys
