This application proposed the deletion of Technical Specification 4.15 for the Surry Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
,J The ONRR staff has informed us that they consider this application as being supplemental to your October 28, 1980 apolication for which a Class IV fee ($12~300) and a Class I fee ($400) were paid pursuant to the March 23, 1978 regulations. Therefore, a refund or credit is due your Company. If you wish to be given credit for the $150 application fee, you need only reference Check No. 73922 dated Aprill, 1985, in your next application and we will apply the $150 application fee to that request. Please advise us whether you wish to be given credit for the
$150 application fee or if you wish us to make a refund to your Company.
