85-229B 50-280 50-281 DPR-32 DPR-37 VEPCO letter, Serial No.85-229, dated April 12, 1985, proposed Technical Specification changes to revise the Limiting Conditions for Operation and surveillance requirements for the reactor trip bypass
- breakers, undervoltage trip logic and shunt trip logic.
The proposed changes were modified by our letter, Serial No.
85-229A, dated September 9, 1985, to include subsequent NRG guidance provided by Generic Letter 85-09, 11Technical Specifications for Generic Letter 83-28, Item 4. 3 11 In both of our letters, proposed revisions to page 4.1-8 (among others) were included.
Unfortunatey, we failed to note that two existing surveillance requirements on that page (Item Nos. 24 and 25) had been inadvertently deleted.
A corrected page is attached. We notified the NRC Surry Project Manager of this oversight on September 23, 1985.
