This is to confirm the telephone conversation on September 21, 1985 by Mr. P.
Milano of this office with Ms. N. Clark of your staff concerning an inspection commencing September 30, 1985.
This inspection will be performed at your corporate offices during the week of September 30, 1985 and at the Surry Nuclear Station during the week of October 21, 1985.
The purpose of the inspection is to review vendor/utility information interface including your receipt, evaluation and implementation of actions you determined appropriate in response to technical information received from Westinghouse and other selected vendors.
The following personnel will be participating in the inspection:
