~Je have received a copy of your application dated November 30, 1984, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. This application requested additional exemptions from certain requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix R, for the Surry Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
The ONRR staff have informed us that they consider this application as being supplemental to your July 6, 1984 application for which the required $150 application fee was remitted.
Therefore~ a refund or credit of $150 is appropriate.
If you wish to be given credit for the $150 application fee, you need only reference Check No. 48858 dated October 9, 1984, in your next application and we wi 11 apply the $150 application fee to that request. Please advise us whether you wish to be given credit for the $150 application fee or if you wish us to maks a refund to your Company.
