REPORT NOS. 50-280~ND 50-281/85-02
Our letter dated April 30, 1985, in response to your letter of April 3, 1985,
stated that the violation enclosed with Inspection Report No. 50-280/85-02 and
50-281/85-02, regarding the qualifications of the Supervisor of Health Physics,
was under review and that our final decision would be issued at a later date.
Based on a discussion between you and J. A. Olshinski, Deputy Regional
Administrator, held in the Region II office on July 18, 1985, it is our
understanding that you will submit a supplemental response to the violation,
prior to August 12, 1985, specifying corrective actions you have taken or plan to
take.
We will withhold our final decision on this issue pending review of the
additional information to be provided.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
