We have reviewed your submittal and conclude that you have provided an explicit commitment on conformance to R.G. 1.97 with the exception of certain items.
We conclude that your justifications for some exceptions are acceptable.
However, we found that some items did not have adequate justification and have identified those as unjustified exceptions.
The enclosed report from our contractor describes the items discussed above.
It is requested that you respond to the open items in the report within 60 days of receipt of this letter. If this date is not satisfactory, please contact your Project Manager.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements of this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, 0MB clearance is not required Under P.L.96-511.
