TRAINING ASSESSMENT INSPECTION AT SURRY AND NORTH ANNA This letter is to inform you of our plans to conduct a special inspection of your training programs at the Surry Nuclear Station during the period of November 5-9, 1984, and at the North Anna Nuclear Station during the period of November 26-30, 1984.
The objective of this inspection is to assess the effectiveness of these programs for supporting licensed activities.
Areas to be inspected are described in the enclosed inspection plan.
The inspection will be conducted by a six-member team led by Mr. Dolan Falconer of this office.
Any questions you may have or coordination efforts you would like to clarify should be referred to Mr. Stephen Elrod of our office.
The team will arrive at your Surry site on November 5, 1984.
Your cooperation in making your records and staff available to support this inspection will be appreciated.
