Diggs LFMB Reactor File Refund File R/F By the letter dated June 19, 1984, the Division of Licensing (OL} informed your Company of their approval of your application dated May 4, 1983 and issued Amendment Nos. 97 and 96 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-32 and DPR-37 for the Surry Power Station Unit Nos. l and 2.
The application proposed certain Technical Specification changes to incorporate the require-ments of Appendix I of 10 CFR Part 50 as Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications. A Class III fee ($4,000) and a Class I fee {$400) were re-mitted with your application pursuant *to 10 CFR 170.22. A total of $4,400 was also remitted with your application dated March 15, 1979, on the same subject.
Based on information provided.by the DL staff, it has been determined that a refund of $4,400 is appropriate since the May 4, 1983 application contained information which is considered as being supplemental to your March 15~ 1979 application. Therefore, we have concurrently authorized the Division of Accounting and Finance to refund $4,400 to your Company.
Refunds are generally processed within a two-week period.
