CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS This confirms the telephone conversation between W. L. Stewart, Vice President, Nuclear Operations Department, and C. A. Julian of my staff concerning a management meeting at your office in Richmond, Virginia on February 17, 1983.
We requested this meeting to review the results of the first phase of our annual appraisal of your regulatory performance.
The time of the meeting was estab-lished as 1:00 p.m. A proposed agenda is enclosed.
Selected*.NRC managers have *met as a part of the NRC 1 s Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) program to discuss your regulatory performance during the P,eriod July 1981, through September 1982.
The result of this meeting, the SALP Board Assessment, will be forwarded to you approximately one week prior to our meeting.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
