DPR-32 DPR-37 AUXILIARY FEEDWATER SYSTEM FLOW RESTRICTING VENTURIS SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 By letter dated July 14, 1982, you requested written documentation on the installation of flow restricting orifices in the auxiliary feedwater system.
This was reques.ted in reference to NRC IE Bulletin NO. 80-04 titled "Analysis of a PWR Main Steam Line Break with Continued Feedwater Addition".
The flow restricting orifices were installed under Surry Power Station Design Change Package 80-S75 titled "Auxiliary Feedwater System Flow Restricting Venturis 11 This package was reviewed for documentation and closed out as being completed for both units on July 8, 1981.
