,I' ATTACHMENT I This Attachment consists of Surry Operating Procedures l-OP-26.5 and 2-0P-26.5, and the System Operator's Voltage Control E.H.V. System Procedure.
These integrated operating procedures have been developed to maintain the 500KV transmission system voltage within the GDC-17 limitations (535KV-505KV).
Additionally, the station procedures incorporate restrictions developed as a result of our GDC 17 analysis. These restrictions include reduction of 500/230/36.5 KV autotransfonner loading and reduction of 230/36.5 KV transfonner loading in the event of an overload of one of those transformers, and 4KV cable and 4KV switchgear loading restrictions which will apply until completion of our cable replacement modification.
