As part of this effort, we are asking your voluntary coop-eration with our contractor, Union Carbide Corporation, Nuclear Division, and its subcontractors, NUSAC and Johnson Associates in arranging a site visit and interviews with appropriate personnel at the Surry site.
The purpose of the vi sit to your facility would be to conduct interviews and hold discussions relating to security response criteria and proce-dures during an incident. ThJs is to enable us to gain insight into your views based on your experience and develop an understanding of what changes you have instituted and the reasons for them.
We appreciate your cooperation.
