Enclosed herein is the Final Radiological Report (Progress Report No. 5) for the Surry Power Station, Unit No. 1 Steam Generator Repair Program. This final report completes and fully satisfies the requirements of the license conditions issued under Amendment No. 47 to the operating license for Surry, Unit No. 1. The report describes the occupational radiation exposure expended, the dose reduction techniques employed and their effectiveness, and the radioactive effluents and solid waste generated during the repair program, which commenced on September 14, 1980 and was completed on June 30, 1981.
