This letter acknowledges receipt of your two letters dated December 2, 1980 by which you transmitted changes to the security plans for the North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2 (Revision 5) and the Surry Power Station, Units 1 and 2 (Revision 4).
We agree.that the changes as contained in the enclosures to your above referenced letters are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54 (p).
Si nee the enclosures to your 1 etters contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d), they are being withheld from public disclosure.
