Your November 17, 1980 letter requ III fee position taken in our October 30, er to your Company regarding your May 16, 1980 application on operable for the Surry plant.
By letter dated December 8, 1980, we informed your Company that the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation {ONRR) was reevaluating the operable change and that we would inform you of the outcome of this reevaluation as soon as it was completed.
On February 9, 1981, the ONRR staff completed the-evaluation of your May 16 application and i ss~ed amendments (No. 64) to licenses DPR-32 and DPR-37 for Surry Unit Nos~ l and 2.
As a result of this final evalua.tion, it has now been determined that the Classes II ~nd I fees paid with your May 16 application are appropriate. Therefore, tJ1e additional $2,800 requested in our October 30 letter is no longer required.
