We have received a* copy of your application dated May 16, 1980, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for*review.
The applica-tion (Proposed Change 86) relates to clarification of the term 11operable 11 for Surry 1 and 2.
Your request was accompanied by Class II and Class I amendment fees of $1,200 and $4005 respectively.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of the above application, it has been determined that this application involves consideration of a single safety issue and, therefore, Class III and Glass I fees are applicable. It is requested that your Company remit an addi-tional sum of $2,800 to this office. If in the final review of your application by the ONRR staff it is determined that these fees are incorrect, an adjustment will be made.
