Thank you for your letter of August 11, 1980, informing us of steps you have
taken to correct the items of noncompliance concerning activities under NRC
Operating License Nos. DPR-32 and DPR-37 brought to your attention in our letter
of July 15, 1980.
We will examine your corrective actions and plans during
subsequent inspections.
The notice of Violation in our letter dated July 15, 1980 identified item "C" as
an infraction.
The correct category for this item of noncompliance should be a
deficiency, as stated in the report details of the same report; and as pointed
out in your response letter of August 11, 1980.
Our records will be corrected
to reflect a deficiency in lieu of an infraction.
