DPR-32 DPR-37 As discussed in our letter of June 11, 1980 (Serial No. 501), we are trans-mitting for your review and approval the attached Caustic Feed Design Analysis Report for the Containment Spray System Modification at Surry Power Station.
Included in this report is data concerning the following:
- 1.
Containment Spray pH versus Time Curves
- for twelve (12) possible accident scenarios (Part A, Figures 1-12).
- 2.
Containment Sump pH versus Time Curves (Part A, Figure 13).
- 3.
Caustic Flow Rate versus Time,Curves (Part B, Pages 13~24).
- 4.
Caustic Addition Tank Level H_istories (Part B, Pages 25-36).
Also included is the finalized version of the RWST/CAT Drawdown Test which is unrevised from the edition given to your staff in our meeting of May 22, 1980.
Our current start-up schedule for Surry Unit No. 2 is July 5, 1980.
