CHANGE IN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION PRINCIPAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR SHALLOW LAND DISPOSAL AREA UNDER THE FORMERLY UTILIZED SITES REMEDIAL ACTION PROGRAM

Dear Ms. Fatherly:

In accordance with Article II of the Memorandum of Understanding Between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for Coordination on Cleanup & Decommissioning of the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) Sites with NRC-Licensed Facilities and Article III of the Specific Memorandum of Understanding Between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the NRC, the U.S. Department of Energy - Office of Environmental Management, and the National Security Administration, this letter serves as formal notification of a change in the NRCs principal representative for the Shallow Land Disposal Area (SLDA), located in Parks Township, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Douglas Mandeville has replaced Mr. David Misenhimer and Ms. Amy Snyder as the NRC project manager and principal representative for SLDA, Parks Township, Pennsylvania, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-2001. He can be reached at 301-415-0724 or via e-mail at douglas.mandeville@nrc.gov.
