Dear Sir or Madam:

By letter dated November 27, 2017, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) submitted a license amendment request for approval to use the RAPTOR-M3G code for neutron fluence calculations (Reference 1).

In letter dated January 1 8, 201 8 (Reference 2), Westinghouse provided responses to several Requests for Additional Information (RAIs) concerning their RAPTOR-M3G and Ferret topical report.

The information in Reference 2 provides details and clarification regarding RAPTOR-M3G as a neutron fluence calculation method, and supplements the information provided in Reference 1.

Therefore Entergy submits the information in Reference 2 as a supplement to Reference 1 for Staff consideration.

There are no new regulatory commitments contained in this submittal.
